What is included in a project?
A project in SB stores schema of a single database, including the
graphical entity-relationship diagrams and other objects like
views, stored procedures, trigger functions, etc. Each project has
its own multi-branch version repository in where you can store
different versions of your schema. A dedicated showroom page of
each project displays the published schema diagrams and schema
details, along with the community module.
What is the difference between a private and a public project?
A private project allows only authorised users to view, edit,
search and collaborate on the schema, via either the SB Designer or
its showroom page. No un-authorised acces is allowed to any data of
a private schema project.
A public project allows public visitors to search and access its showroom page to view the schema diagrams and details. Any SB registered user can commit modified work to a public project and participate in open discussion in its showroom page.

Do private collaborators have to pay?
No, your paid subscription covers your private collaborators for
using your private projects. For example, if you subscribe to the
Business Plan, you can create up to 20 private projects and invite
5 people to any (or all) of your private projects. They only need
to sign up for a free account and start collaborating in your
private projects.
How subscriptions are billed?
You can pay for a month, a quarter, six months or the whole year.
To pass you our saving of credit card transaction fee, you will
find it's a lot cheaper to subscribe to a longer period in
one-shot. If you decide to stop a subscription, you get refund on
the unused period.
Do you do recurred billing?
No, we send out renewal reminder emails before your subscription
expires. You can then decide what plan and period you want to
subscribe to.
How do you handle refund?
If you stop a subscription, you will be refunded the unused period
of the subscription.
The refunded amount
= amount paid - (used period in days x non-discounted monthly fee / 30)
