Forward Engineering

SchemaBank helps you generate SQL statements to create your database and all objects based on the ER Diagram and text objects defined.

Note that SQL statements can be generated only against a committed version. This helps make sure all generated SQL statements will have a corresponding snapshot stored at the system.

Under the Version Manager tab, click on a version and select Forward Engineer - SQL Create Script.

Available Options

You can choose what sort of database objects to be included when generating the SQL statements in the Forward Engineering Related section under the Options tab.

You can also choose to drop a database object before creating one.
